Mrs. Estelle Tjipuka, a renowned Executive, Business & Transformational Coach, Speaker, and Author, visited Kuisebmond Secondary School today, 27 April 2023, as part of her coastal tour. The purpose of her visit was to introduce and hand over her book, “Breaking Barriers,” to the grade 11 and 12 learners in Kuisebmond.
Mrs. Tjipuka’s book tells the inspiring story of her journey from a disadvantaged background in Kuisebmond to becoming the Chairperson of the Namibian Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority (NAMFISA), one of the highest positions in Namibia’s financial industry. She also served as a member of the Presidential High-Level Panel on the Namibian Economy (HLPNE).
During her talk, Mrs. Tjipuka shared valuable insights on success, emphasizing the importance of passion, growth, and development. She encouraged learners to believe in themselves and to never give up on their dreams, even in the face of failure and adversity. Mrs. Tjipuka also spoke about the need for sacrifice and giving up certain things in order to achieve success.
Mrs. Tjipuka’s visit was an invaluable experience for the learners of Kuisebmond Secondary School, who were inspired and motivated by her journey and the lessons she shared. The book, “Breaking Barriers,” is an excellent resource for anyone seeking to overcome barriers to success and achieve their goals.
