Sharing is caring!

On February 24th, 2023, the teaching and support staff of Kuisebmond Secondary School participated in a team-building event held at Dolphins Park. The event was facilitated by two ex-learners, Mr. Paulus Shipanga, and Mr. Nakwafila. The day was filled with various activities designed to promote teamwork, collaboration, and communication.

The teachers and support staff were divided into different teams and participated in activities such as water games, obstacle courses, and group challenges. The activities were not only fun but also helped to strengthen the relationships between colleagues and foster a sense of community within the school.

It is also noteworthy that the facilitators of the event were ex-learners, a testament to the impact that the school has had on its students and the strong sense of community that is fostered within its walls. The involvement of former students in facilitating the event also highlights the importance of giving back to the community and the school that helped shape their lives.

In conclusion, the team-building event held at Dolphins Park was a great success. It was also an opportunity for the school management to express gratitude to the teachers and support staff for their hard work and dedication. Such events are essential for any organization, and it is great to see that the school is investing in its staff’s well-being and creating a positive work environment.
